Section 13:45A-13.5 - Termination of authority to exercise delegated authority

(a) The authority to exercise those powers hereinafter delegated to a county or municipal director of consumer affairs may be suspended or revoked for:
1. Failure to comply with the requirements
contained in section 4 of this subchapter;
2. Failure to comply with any requirement or
limitation regarding the exercise of those powers hereinafter
delegated;
3. Failure to administer
a county or local office of consumer protection in accordance with such
directives as may be issued by the director.
