Section 13:44M-2.4 - Bond; issuance of license

(a) Once the Board has determined that an applicant is qualified for a license, the Board shall inform the applicant that he or she must submit to the Board:
1. A surety bond in the sum of $ 10,000 in
favor of the State of New Jersey as required pursuant to
N.J.S.A.
45:14H-12; and
2. The license fee as set forth in NJ.A.C.
13:44M-6.1.
