Unless exempted from licensure or certification pursuant to N.J.S.A. 45:15BB-5, a person whose activities are within the scope of practice of 13:44G-3.1 is required to be licensed as a clinical social worker; a person whose activities are within the scope of practice of 13:44G-3.2 is required to be licensed as a social worker; and a person whose activities are within the scope of practice of 13:44G-3.3 is required to be certified as a social worker.
