(a) Every licensed audiologist and speech-language pathologist shall notify the Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Advisory Committee (Committee) in writing within 60 days of any change in address of record or telephone number.

(b) Service of an administrative complaint or other Committee-initiated action at a licensee's address which is currently on file with the Committee shall be deemed adequate notice for the purposes of 1:1-7.1 and the commencement of any disciplinary proceedings.
