Section 13:43-4.7 - Certification without examination

(a) An applicant for certification as a certified court reporter who presents proof of having earned the designation of Registered Merit Reporter awarded by the National Court Reporters Association shall be deemed to have satisfied the examination requirement set forth in 13:43-2.1.

(b) An applicant for certification as a certified realtime court reporter who presents proof of having earned a certificate in realtime reporting awarded by the National Court Reporters Association shall be deemed to have satisfied the examination requirement set forth in 13:43-3.2.
