(a) Advertisements and professional representations (other than an office entry sign), including advertisements in a classified directory, business cards, and professional stationery shall include the following:
1. The name and license number of at least one
licensee;
2. The term "licensed applied behavior analyst" or
"licensed assistant applied behavior analyst," as applicable, and the professional degree issued to the
licensee, except that the name of the professional degree issued to the licensee may be abbreviated and, if
the name of the professional degree is identical to the name of the license, the professional degree may be
omitted; and
3. The street address and telephone number of the
practice.
(b) An offer for applied behavior analysis services can be made only by a licensee.
