Section 13:42B-2.1 - Application for a license as an applied behavior analyst

(a) An applicant for a license as an applied behavior analyst shall submit to the Board:
1. A completed application for
license on a form available from the Board;
2. Proof that the
applicant holds a master's degree or doctoral degree from an institution accredited by a regional accrediting
body recognized by the United States Department of Education, Office of Postsecondary Education;
3. Proof that the applicant holds current certification as a BCBA or
BCBA-D; and
4. The application fee set forth at N.J.A.C.
13:42B-8.1.
(b) In addition to the requirements at (a) above, an applicant shall complete the jurisprudence online orientation.
