Section 13:42-1.6 - Ineligibility for exemption

A person denied a permit or license for reasons other than clear educational deficiency, or whose permit or license has been suspended, revoked or limited by the Board, shall be deemed ineligible to be employed in an exempt setting as defined in or to qualify for practice under 45:14B-6 except by order of the Board.
