Section 13:40A-2A.1 - Eligibility for certification as a residential real estate appraiser

In order to be eligible for certification as a residential real estate appraiser, an applicant shall be required to successfully complete the education and experience requirements set forth in 13:40A-2A.2 and shall successfully complete the Board-approved examination for the certification of residential real estate appraisers.
