Section 13:36-10.2 - Definitions

The following words and terms, as used in this subchapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
"Committee" means the Credentials Committee established by the Board pursuant to 13:36-10.6.
"Person" means any person as defined in 56:8-1.
"United States Armed Forces" means the United States Army, United States Navy, United States Air Force, United States Marine Corps, and United States Coast Guard.
