Section 13:36-1.4 - Duties of Executive Director

(a) The Executive Director shall be in full charge of office administration. It shall be his or her duty to:
1. Receive
complaints and answers;
2. Set and calendar cases for
hearings;
3. Issue notices of hearing and statements to
respondents;
4. Perform any and all duties which the Board may
from time to time impose upon him or her.
