The rules contained in this chapter implement the provisions of the State Plumbing Licensing Law of 1968 (N.J.S.A. 45:14C-1 et seq.) and P.L. 2003, c. 205 (N.J.S.A. 45:14C-28 et seq.), and provide for the licensing and regulation of master plumbers, the regulation of plumbing contractors, and the certification and regulation of medical gas piping installers, brazers, and instructors.
