Section 13:28-6.13 - School schedules

(a) Each school shall submit a schedule of proposed classes including hours of instruction to be taught during the school year. This schedule must be approved by the Board prior to implementation.
1. Board approval will not
be granted for school class sessions of less than three hours daily.
2. A copy of the approved schedule of classes shall be kept on the school
premises at all times.
(b) The Board shall be advised one month in advance of any proposed change in the schedule of classes.

The Board shall waive the one-month notice required of schools seeking to add hair braiding classes to the
schedule of classes prior to October 18, 2021.
