(a) The holder of a shop license shall not aid, abet, or permit a person not licensed by the Board to render any services encompassed within the definition of cosmetology and hairstyling, beauty culture, barbering, skin care specialty, manicuring, or hair braiding pursuant to N.J.S.A. 45:5B-1et seq.

(b) Violation of the provisions set forth in this section shall constitute an unlawful practice by a shop owner pursuant to 45:5B-13(d).
