(a) All shops shall display the following in a location clearly visible to all patrons:
1. The shop license;
2. Signed licenses for all practitioners rendering services within the
shop. Each license shall contain a current picture of the licensee. A licensee's wallet identification card
issued by the Board shall not be used to satisfy the requirements of this section; and
3. A listing of all services performed and the charges for each
service.
