An active member in good standing of the New Jersey Wing of the Civil Air Patrol may mount and operate a blue emergency warning light or lights on a motor vehicle operated by him or her if he or she has been issued a permit for such light or lights pursuant to this subchapter and is in compliance with the provisions of this subchapter.
