A driving school shall grant the Chief Administrator or his or her designee access to the examination records required to be maintained pursuant to 13:23-5.10 for auditing and shall, upon Commission request, furnish advance notice with regard to the dates, times, and locations of its administration of the State-approved written drivers' examination and/or the State-approved eye examination.
