Section 13:23-2.34 - Requirements at driving (road) test

Applicants appearing for the road test portion of the driving test in a motor vehicle used for instruction by a driving school shall be accompanied by a licensed driver who has in his or her possession a valid New Jersey instructor's license or a New Jersey authorized agent identification certificate, a valid registration, a valid insurance identification card, and a copy of the declaration page of the liability insurance policy issued to the driving school confirming that the motor vehicle is insured in the amounts set forth in 13:23-2.28(b).
