(a) Practice driving is prohibited on State grounds used for State driving tests.

(b) An instructor shall remain in a vehicle, except a motorcycle, used for instruction by a driving school at all times during which a student is behind the wheel of the vehicle and the keys are in the ignition.

(c) The only occupants of a driving school vehicle, other than a motorcycle, that is being operated on a public road or highway for purposes of the required six hours of behind-the-wheel driving instruction shall be the driving school instructor, the student who is receiving behind-the-wheel driving instruction and a parent or legal guardian, an instructor-in-training or an instructor supervisor.

(d) No more than three hours of behind-the-wheel driving instruction may be provided to any one student in any one calendar day.
