Section 13:23-2.21 - Retention of records

All records that a driving school is required to maintain pursuant to this subchapter shall be maintained at the principal place of business of the driving school for a period of three years, during which period they shall be subject to audit and inspection by the Chief Administrator or his or her designee at any time during regular business hours.
