Section 13:21-9.3 - Restoration fees

(a) The fee specified in 39:3-10a shall be payable to the Chief Administrator for the restoration of any license that has been suspended or revoked by reason of the licensee's violation of any law or regulation.

(b) The fee specified in 39:3-10a shall be payable to the Chief Administrator for the restoration of vehicle registrations that have been suspended or revoked by reason of the registrant's violation of any law.
