Section 13:21-8.24 - Suspension of license; failure to notify of change of address

The Chief Administrator may suspend the driver's license of any driver who fails to notify the Commission of a change of address pursuant to 39:3-36 until the Commission is notified in writing by the driver of his or her correct address.
