Section 13:21-19.4 - Franchisor's and relocating franchisee's responsive pleadings

(a) A franchisor and a franchisee who proposes to establish, relocate, reopen or reactivate a franchise or business shall file an original and three copies of responsive pleadings with the Chairman within 20 days of receipt of the protest letter.
1. A copy of the responsive pleadings shall
simultaneously be served on the protesting franchisee or franchisees.
2. The responsive pleadings shall include the
name, address and telephone number of the franchisor's and franchisee's New Jersey
counsel.
