Where, pursuant to 39:3-75.1 et seq. or any regulation adopted thereunder, the Chief Administrator has the authority to suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew the registration of a sun-screening material installation facility, the Chief Administrator shall also have the authority to impose an official warning as an alternative or in addition to such suspension, revocation, or refusal to renew.
