Section 13:2-43.6 - Right to a hearing

(a) There is a statutory right to a hearing on a request for relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 33:1-12.3 9. That hearing shall be governed by the Administrative Procedure Act, 52:14B-1 et seq., and the Uniform Administrative Procedure Rules, N.J.A.C. 1:1.

(b) If a licensee enters into a Consent Order in lieu of a hearing and agrees to a date certain for activation or there will be no further renewals of the license, there shall be no further right to a hearing.
