Section 13:2-43.4 - Eminent domain and casualty exception

If a license becomes inactive as a result of eminent domain, fire or other casualty loss and the licensee submits a Verified Petition demonstrating a good faith effort to reactivate the license, in addition to the statutory two-year period provided for by N.J.S.A. 33:1-12.3 9, the licensee who suffered the loss shall be granted an extension for an additional two years.
