The filing of a Verified Petition for relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 33:1-12.1 8 for a particular license term does not eliminate the requirement that the licensee continue to apply for renewal of the license for subsequent license terms by July 30 of each year, while the Verified Petition is pending.
