Section 13:2-42.1 - Required filings and required time for filings

(a) A licensee who fails to file a renewal application with the municipal issuing authority by July 30 of the year beginning the license term for which renewal is sought may request that the Director issue a Special Ruling to permit the municipal issuing authority to consider an application for a new license by:
1.
Submitting an application for a new license and the appropriate fees to the
municipal issuing authority by July 30 of the year ending the license term;
and
2. Filing a Verified Petition and
the statutory filing fee with the Director, with a copy of the Verified Petition
sent to the municipal issuing authority, by June 30 of the year ending the license
term. This filing deadline shall not be extended under any circumstances.
