(a) A license issued pursuant to the provisions of 33:1-19.7 authorizes the sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption on the licensed premises only during performances and two hours immediately preceding and immediately following performances.
(b) No sales in original containers for off premises consumption shall be made under the authority of this special license.
