Section 13:2-4.4 - Fee for license transfer to other persons or other premises; certification

(a) Applications for transfer of license to other persons only, or applications for transfer of license to other premises only (not combined) shall be accompanied by:
1. A fee of $ 200.00 payable to the order of the
Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control and retained by the Director whether or not
the transfer is granted, and accounted for as are other license fees.
2. A certification shall be submitted from the
municipal clerk, board secretary, or other responsible municipal official that 10
percent of the full municipal annual license fee for said license has been paid and
the amount of the fee.
