(a) The following enumerated records required to be maintained by law or other regulation by the Director shall constitute public records of the Division:
1. All license or permit applications filed with
the Director, subject to nondisclosure of information protected by Federal or State
law;
2. All filed administrative
disciplinary charges, transcripts of Division disciplinary hearings, Office of
Administrative Law initial decisions and reports and recommendations, and
Conclusions and Orders of the Director;
3. All filed administrative appeal pleadings,
transcripts of Division appeal hearings, Office of Administrative Law initial
decisions and reports and recommendations, and Conclusions and Orders of the
Director;
4. All Ordinances or
Resolutions of local issuing authorities that may be filed with the
Division;
5. All product information and
other filings required to be made by licensees and permittees by law or regulation;
and
6. All records, pleadings, documents
and orders, exclusive of investigative reports, pertaining to duly instituted
seizure proceedings, pocket license applications and tax revocation
proceedings.
