Section 13:2-27.1 - Adoption of Federal requirements

(a) The following Federal regulations relating to labeling and standards of fill concerning distilled spirits, wine and malt alcoholic beverages packaged for shipment in interstate or foreign commerce, are incorporated herein by reference, and shall also apply to alcoholic beverages packaged purely for intrastate shipment within New Jersey:

1. § 205(e) of the Federal Administration Act, regarding the labeling of alcoholic beverages, 27 U.S.C. § 8;

2.27 CFR Part 4, Labeling and advertising of wine;

3.27 CFR Part 5, Labeling and advertising of distilled spirits;

4.27 CFR Part 7, Labeling and advertising of malt beverages;

5.27 CFR Part 13, Labeling procedures; and

6.27 CFR Part 16, Alcoholic beverage health warning statement.
