Section 13:2-23.29 - Detention of evidence; search of licensed premises

By the acceptance of the license, the licensee consents to the detention, as and for evidence, of any physical matter, including alcoholic beverages, found on the licensed premises or during the course of any investigation, inspection or search of the licensed premises being conducted by the Director, the Director's deputies, inspectors or investigators or by any officer as defined by 33:1-1(p).
