On or before May 31 of each year, each holder of a Class A (33:1-10 ) or Class B (33:1-11 ) license employing any solicitor during the preceding calendar year shall file with the Director a true statement listing all compensation, itemized as to salary, commission, reimbursed expenses, prizes, awards, bonuses, or otherwise, paid to each such solicitor by such manufacturer or wholesaler during that calendar year.
