Section 13:2-16.15 - Solicitor's contracts

All contracts of employment between Class A (33:1-10 ) or Class B (33:1-11 ) licenses and their solicitors shall be in writing and shall set forth the salary, commission or other compensation of any kind agreed to be paid to such solicitor. Contracts shall be maintained by the employer for a period of three years from the date of execution and shall be available for inspection by the Director, his or her deputies, inspectors, investigators and agents and other officers as defined by 33:1-1(p).
