Section 13:2-12.5 - Other disqualification

No permit shall be issued to any person who has been convicted of an offense involving "unlawful alcoholic beverage activity", as defined in 33:1-1(x), subject to a waiver of this prohibition in the discretion of the Director after the lapse of 12 months from the date of such conviction.
