Section 13:1A-6.6 - Revocation of disbursements

Should the Commission determine that a school has disbursed monies received from the Fund in violation of this chapter, the Commission may order that the monies disbursed be returned to the Fund. In addition, the Commission may prohibit a school from receiving future allocations of monies from the Fund or submitting future applications for an award of monies from the Fund.
