Applications for awards shall be submitted on forms provided by the Commission. Applications for awards shall include a budget detail, a description of the resource and/or equipment to be acquired and outline of how the items to be acquired will improve the delivery of law enforcement training. In addition, each school director shall provide such additional documentation as the Commission deems necessary to ensure that the acquisition of the resource and/or equipment is consistent with the Act and this chapter.
