Section 13:18-2.2 - Exempt vehicles

(a) The following vehicles are exempt from the provisions of this subchapter:
1. Vehicles
affected under separate reciprocity agreements that are not superseded by the
IRP;
2. Any recreational vehicle as
defined in 13:18-2.1;
3. Any vehicle that displays a restricted plate as
defined by Title 39 of the Revised Statutes;
4. Any government-owned (municipal, county, state
or Federal) vehicle; and
5. Any city
pick-up/delivery vehicle.
