(a) This Subchapter 1 replaces the following regulations previously adopted:
1. Subchapter 1 (Special Permits for
Overdimensional Vehicles) of this Chapter;
2. Subchapter 2 (Permits in Book Form) of this
Chapter;
3. Subchapter 3 (Special
Permits for Overweight Vehicles) of this Chapter;
4. Subchapter 13 (Dimensional Restrictions) of
Chapter 20 (Enforcement Service).
