(a) An owner, lessee, proprietor, manager, superintendent, agent or employee of a place of public accommodation shall, to the extent reasonable, afford goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages, and accommodations to a person with a disability in the most integrated setting appropriate to the needs of that person.

(b) Notwithstanding the existence of separate or different programs or activities provided in accordance with this subchapter, an owner, lessee, proprietor, manager, superintendent, agent or employee of a public accommodation shall not deny a person with a disability the opportunity to participate in programs or activities that are not separate or different, in accordance with 13:13-4.8.
