The purpose of this subchapter is to implement the provisions of the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, 10:5-1 to 49, as it pertains to unlawful discrimination against people with disabilities by the owners, lessees, proprietors, managers, superintendents, agents or employees of any place of public accommodation.
