Section 13:103-7.33 - Cost of mailing legal correspondence for non-indigent juveniles and for juveniles in orientation and for whom a juvenile account has not yet been established

(a) If a non-indigent juvenile has funds in his or her account, the non-indigent juvenile shall be charged for the total cost of mailing legal correspondence.
(b) If the non-indigent juvenile has temporarily overdrawn his or her account or has a balance in the account, but the balance is not sufficient to pay the total cost of mailing the legal correspondence, the cost of mailing shall be handled in accordance with 13:103-7.30.
(c) The Commission shall pay for the postage of juveniles in orientation and for whom a juvenile account has not yet been established.
