Section 13:101-4.3 - Reports to the prosecutor on violations

All violations which may constitute crimes of the first, second, third or fourth degree under the Criminal Code of the State of New Jersey (2C:1-1 et seq.) shall be referred to the prosecutor of the county in which the facility is located. The referral shall be made by the Chief Investigator of the Commission's Office of Investigations with the approval of the Executive Director.
