(a) Facilities and dates may be temporarily held pending the advancement to definite status or notification of cancellation by either party, which notice of cancellation shall be given in writing and may be given for any reason and at any time prior to definite status, it being ACCCA's intention that the designation "temporarily held" or similar designation is descriptive in nature only and is not intended to confer any rights.

(b) Facilities and dates are considered confirmed and "contracted" upon execution of a license agreement and receipt of a deposit as set forth in this subchapter.
