(a) With regard to all payment of wages by a temporary help service firm to a temporary laborer, the temporary help service firm shall adhere to the requirements at N.J.A.C. 12:55-2.4 for employers regarding time and mode of wage payments, which includes, but is not limited to, the following requirements:
1. When a wage payment occurs by check, it shall
be a check drawn on a financial institution where suitable arrangements are made for
the cashing of such checks by employees without difficulty and for the full amount
for which they were drawn; and
2. When a
fee is charged for the cashing of a payroll check at the banking institution on
which the check is drawn, the employer shall bear the burden of the fee.
