Section 12:42-1.9 - Discrimination against participants

(a) Complaints of discrimination from participants and other interested parties shall be handled in accordance with 29 U.S.C. § 2938(b), and the United States Department of Labor nondiscrimination regulations implementing that section. See 29 C.F.R. § 37.

(b) Questions about or complaints alleging a violation of the nondiscrimination provisions of 29 U.S.C. § 2938 may be directed or mailed to the Director, Civil Rights Center, U.S. Department of Labor, Room N4123, 200 Constitution Avenue, NW, Washington, D.C. 20210, for processing.
