Each private career school shall be open for monitoring and inspection by any officer, representative, or agent of the Department of Labor and Workforce Development or the Department of Education, for the purpose of ensuring compliance with 34:15C-10.1 , N.J.A.C. 6A:19-7, and this chapter.
