Section 12:235-4.13 - Acceptance of settlement recommendations and entry of informal award

(a) When agreement has been reached by all parties and approved by the Judge of Compensation, the terms of such settlement shall be entered in the "Statement of Award," on a form prescribed by the Division.
(b) The claimant shall be fully advised of all rights under the Act and as more particularly described in the brochure as prescribed at 12:235-14.1.
