Section 12:23-6.8 - Evaluation of employment and training services

(a) The results of employment and training or services provided under this subchapter shall be evaluated based upon the following criteria:
1.
The effectiveness of the training and services in terms of increasing employability,
the effect on earnings after training and the career opportunities provided in
relation to the individual served;
2.
The percentage of job placement; and
3.
The degree to which the training or services are related to a labor demand
occupation.
(b) The results of the innovative demonstration projects funded under this subchapter shall be evaluated based upon criteria negotiated at the time the funds were awarded.
